This facility is a dedicated OB/GYN hospitalist organization founded on the commitment that every expectant mother presenting to labor and delivery receives consistent, quality medical care from an experienced clinician. The facility provides inpatient obstetric and gynecologic services to an adult patient population and maintains established clinical protocols and structured workflows to support continuous care delivery. Clinical operations are conducted on-site in accordance with in-house call coverage requirements.

California offers clinicians on assignment access to a range of outdoor, cultural, and recreational experiences suited to varied interests. The state features opportunities for whale watching and sailing, sightseeing on scenic waterways, and wine tours through notable wine regions. Clinicians will find year-round activities spanning national parks, redwood forests, coastal destinations, historic landmarks, and urban cultural attractions distributed across the state's diverse regions.

Clinicians will provide inpatient obstetric and gynecologic coverage through 24-hour in-house call shifts on an on-site basis, with ongoing coverage dates. The assignment follows a two-clinician coverage model, with one physician and one midwife on duty for all 24-hour shifts. The facility averages 272 deliveries per month hospital-wide, with an estimated 140 deliveries per month attributed to the hospitalist team. Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology is required for all clinicians considered for this position.
