Key Responsibilities

Possess medical director experience or equivalent leadership background.
Lead a well-established lung transplant program that has successfully conducted over 400 transplants.
Supervise a team of five pulmonology and critical care physicians.
Balance your time with an 80% focus on clinical duties and 20% on administrative tasks.
Demonstrate lung transplant experience; fellowship training is advantageous.
Instruct pulmonology and critical care fellows as part of an academic affiliation program.
Engage in available research opportunities.
Lead one of the nation’s top-performing lung transplant programs.
