Divine Rehabilitation and Nursing at Canal Pointe provides expert care in a relaxed setting where patients feel at home. Responsibilities Manage and supervise the dietary staff. Ensure that all dietary staff are properly trained and certified. Develop and implement dietary policies and procedures. Create and monitor menus to meet the nutritional needs of patients. Monitor food production and ensure that all food is prepared according to health regulations. Order supplies and equipment as needed. Maintain records of patient diets, menus, and nutritional requirements. Job Type Full-time Schedule 8 hour shift Holidays Monday to Friday Weekends as needed Ability to Relocate Akron, OH 44310: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location In person #J-18808-Ljbffr
