Insurance Account Manager

What You’ll Do (Roles & Responsibilities)
- Cultivate Relationships: Build deep, trust-based connections with local business owners, centers of influence (real estate agents, mortgage brokers), and families.
- Retain & Scale: Partner with our internal service team during renewal cycles to proactively review accounts, cross-sell missing lines, and protect existing books of business.
What We’re Looking For (Requirements)
- Licensed Professional: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License is required. (Life & Health is a strong plus).
- Proven Track Record: Minimum of 2 years of successful insurance sales experience, preferably within an independent brokerage or agency environment.
- Versatile Knowledge: Familiarity with both Commercial lines (General Liability, Workers' Comp, Commercial Auto) and Personal lines (Homeowners, Auto, Valuables).
- Exceptional Communicator: A natural networker who can simplify complex insurance terms into clear, value-driven solutions for both CEOs and everyday families.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable utilizing modern agency management systems (AMS), CRM platforms, and digital comparative raters.
