The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate execution of payroll across multiple jurisdictions and pay groups, in compliance with all federal, state, and local requirements. This role involves coordinating payroll reviews, account reconciliations, and year-end reporting activities, including tax-related filings. The VP, Senior Payroll Manager will also be tasked with developing and maintaining effective payroll controls, compliance procedures, and audit readiness practices. Experience in managing employee equity compensation programs and staying abreast of legislative and regulatory developments in payroll and equity administration is essential.
