In this role, you will play a key part in designing and building scalable data management systems and enabling data-driven innovation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Design, construct, install, test and maintain data management systems. Build high-performance algorithms, predictive models, and prototypes. Ensure that all systems meet the business/company requirements as well as industry practices. Integrate up-and-coming data management and software engineering technologies into existing data structures. Develop set processes for data mining, data modeling, and data production. Create custom software components and analytics applications. Research new uses for existing data. Employ an array of technological languages and tools to connect systems together. Collaborate with members of your team (e.g., data architects, the IT team, data scientists) on the project’s goals. Recommend different ways to constantly improve data reliability and quality. Required Qualifications Snowflake (4+ years) Business Intelligence - Data Engineering Data Build Tool (DBT) for Development & Maintenance of Data Models DataStage Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities 4+ years of experience in data engineering or related fields Preferred Qualifications Experience with Encompass Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC) Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices: SAFe Agile Advanced certifications or specialized training Prior experience working in financial services Location: Onsite in Cincinnati Collaborative team environment with opportunities for professional growth Encore Talent Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
