Order Entry Associate

We're seeking an experienced Order Entry Associate to join our Distribution & Logistics teams. Join us!

Responsibilities

• Enter orders into the Blue Cherry system via EDI, NuOrder processing, RPA processing, excel upload or manual entry.
• Communicate with the Sales Team to resolve any order issues.
• Process any return requests and create return authorizations.
• Check orders for accuracy.
• Enter/update Customer information in customer master files.
• Effectively communicate with all levels within the organization.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Adhere to all company procedures in the performance of job duties.

Minimum Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum of three years relevant experience in a similar role
• High adaptability and willingness to step in to support peers during peak periods.
• Data entry experience a plus
• Must be able to work in a high-paced environment
• Apparel industry experience preferred
• College graduate preferred; high school diploma or general education degree required.
• Prior experience working with the Blue Cherry order management system is a plus

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit for extended periods.

Salary range: $60,000.00 -65,000.00*
