Overview Sherman Oaks Hospital is a 153-bed, not-for-profit, acute-care community hospital located in Sherman Oaks, California, with 500+ employees. It provides emergency care and a full range of specialized medical, surgical, and diagnostic services. Responsibilities Performs diagnostic radiographic procedures according to department protocols, HFAP/TJC/local regulatory/CMS, State and Federal regulations. Functions as the first-line interface with customers and is successful in accomplishing their imaging needs. Participates in PI/QC activities. Responsible for processing and transmission of images to PACS. Qualifications Current CRT issued by CDPH. Must obtain fluoroscopy permit by CDPH within 6 months of hire. Must obtain venipuncture certificate within 3 months of hire. ARRT-R required. Must be familiar with State and Federal regulations. Current BCLS certificate required upon hire and must be maintained. At least one year of experience as a radiology technologist preferred. Proficient computer skills. Pay Competitive compensation with a starting estimate of $32.00 per hour. The final rate will be based on skills, experience, education, credentials, and licensure.
