Quick Facts: Location: Atlantic City, NJ Start Date: 04/28/2026 End Date/Duration: Permanent Shift: 5-day work week, 9am-5pm, rotating call (including nights/weekends) Hours/week: Full-Time Employment Type: Physician (W-2) License/Certs: Board-Certified in Maternal Fetal Medicine Experience: Preferred candidates with relevant clinical experience Pay & Benefits: Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (Note: Salary details provided separately) Annual Salary: $650,000 plus up to $25,000 performance bonus Additional Benefits: Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance Generous paid time off: 224 PTO hours + 40 sick leave hours CME allowance of $4,500 annually + 5 paid CME days Relocation assistance up to $10,000 Licensure, certification, travel reimbursements when applicable Robust referral bonus program 24/7 dedicated team focused on your success What You’ll Do: Provide outpatient care at facilities in Pomona and Atlantic City, supporting work across sites Deliver inpatient consultation services at AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center for Childbirth in Pomona Collaborate with obstetricians, neonatologists, and other specialists to optimize patient outcomes Support remote monitoring for diabetic and hypotensive obstetric patients Care for patients within a Level III NICU with 22 beds, 9 labor and delivery beds, and 25 private postpartum beds Use Cerner EMR and GE Viewpoint for ultrasound reporting and documentation Engage in rotating call duties, including nights and weekends, ensuring continuous patient support What You Need: Active NJ medical license and Board certification in Maternal Fetal Medicine Experience working in a high-acuity perinatal environment preferred Strong collaboration and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team-based, dynamic setting About the Assignment: Join a leading facility in Atlantic City, NJ, offering state-of-the-art technology and a comprehensive multidisciplinary team environment.
