Quick Facts Location: 413 Lilly Road Northeast, Olympia, WA 98506 Start Date: 10/01/2026 End Date/Duration: Ongoing / as needed Shift: Call only, 24-hour beeper call shifts Hours per Week: Variable (based on schedule) Employment Type: Locum License/Certs: Active or IMLC license, BC certification, DEA required Experience: Urology surgical skills preferred Pay & Benefits Rate: $1.00/hour (please bid for your preferred rate) Pay Package: Discussed upon application Benefits: Competitive weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Robust referral bonus program Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable 24/7 dedicated team support What You ll Do Provide inpatient urology coverage through scheduled 24-hour call shifts Respond to urgent cases and perform surgical assessments as needed Manage patient cases during call periods, including callbacks averaging 4 5 hours daily Collaborate with the hospital team on patient care Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to facility protocols Support the facility s urology needs with flexibility for additional shifts if comfortable What You Need Active medical license or IMLC licensure in Washington BC certification in Urology DEA registration Urology surgical skills and experience with inpatient call coverage Ability to work 24-hour beeper call shifts Strong communication and patient management skills About the Assignment This assignment involves providing inpatient urology coverage primarily through scheduled 24-hour call shifts.
