System Administrator

Take your IT expertise to the next level with our client, supporting a complex enterprise environment with Windows and Linux servers, VMware infrastructure, O365, and more. This role allows you to solve challenging technical problems across multiple platforms and have a direct impact on the organization’s technology backbone. You’ll design, implement, and maintain critical systems while mentoring others and shaping infrastructure decisions. C2C is not an option with this job opening and all applicants should be able work for any US Employer without sponsorship. Sponsorship is not provided and this person will not need to require sponsorship in the future. Benefits & Extras Work in a dynamic enterprise IT environment with advanced infrastructure Opportunity to lead projects and mentor junior IT staff Exposure to both Windows and Linux platforms, VMware, and O365 Gain experience with enterprise-level storage, Active Directory, and network architecture Collaborate with project managers, analysts, and cross-functional teams Participate in system design and strategic infrastructure planning What You’ll Be Doing Maintain IT hardware, software, OS, and applications independently Administer Windows and Linux servers, VMware, and O365 environments Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide Tier 3 support Design and manage application interfaces, dependencies, and system permissions Develop and maintain network and platform documentation Lead software/hardware upgrades and configuration efforts Mentor lower-level IT staff and provide guidance on technical issues What You’ll Need to be Considered 5+ years of related experience Comprehensive knowledge of VMware virtualization technology Expertise in Active Directory, Group Policy, and enterprise storage Knowledge of cloud architectures (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) Strong problem-solving skills for complex multi-platform issues #J-18808-Ljbffr ITAC Solutions
