Personal Trainer (Bilingual/Spanish) – Personal Training – Part Time or Full Time, Hourly – Location: 5103 East 21st Street Suite A, Tulsa, OK 74114 – Reports to: Personal Training Manager Position Overview The Personal Trainer engages and educates members on comprehensive fitness programs and recommendations. The role involves developing workout programs that deliver a WOW experience for all members. Responsibilities Conduct CrunchOne Kick‑off with members, including goal setting, nutritional counseling, and proper use of fitness equipment and exercise form. Prepare and deliver comprehensive fitness programs based on client goals, tracking progress, follow‑up, and ongoing support. Inform members of all fitness tools and programs available to assist in achieving goals. Demonstrate safe and proper exercise techniques to clients and all members of the facility. Assist in member service activities such as fitness seminars, boot camps, and body fat tables. Design comprehensive fitness programs using company‑provided tools (e.g., dotFIT). Schedule all personal training sessions, appointments, and administration time using company systems. Execute the Daily, Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly Personal Trainer Business Plan. Meet minimum company expectations, including session service targets, Personal Training revenue, supplement/nutritional sales, and overall contributions to club success. Help maintain a clean and crisp facility by racking weights, organizing work areas, and assisting in cleaning check‑lists as requested. Avoid conducting personal training sessions or performing any personal training‑related duties independently or at any company outside of Crunch. Schedule availability of a minimum of 20 hours per week for individual training and/or floor time to attract new clients. Required Skills & Experience Ability to motivate others and provide a high level of care to club members, while solving problems. Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred. Experience as a personal trainer preferred. CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire). Certification Requirements American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) Certified Personal Trainer Health Fitness Specialist American Council on Exercise (ACE) Personal Trainer Certification The Cooper Institute International Fitness Professionals Association (IFPA) Personal Fitness Trainer Certification National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Personal Trainer Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES) Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES) National Exercise and Sports Trainers Association (NESTA) National Federation of Professional Trainers (NFPT) National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) International Sports Sciences Association (NCCA accredited) Physical Requirements Must be able to lift or move 50 lbs. Physical effort required: lifting weights, squatting, bending, reaching, spotting, and prolonged standing and walking. Education Requirements High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Compensation $80,000+ annual earning potential (hourly base pay + commission). Benefits PTO Subsidized health insurance (health, dental, vision) for full‑time positions.
