Builder Supply Source (BSS) is seeking a driven, relationship-focused Outside Residential Cabinet Sales Representative to expand our presence throughout the Middle Tennessee market. If you're motivated by building long-term partnerships, closing deals, and earning uncapped commissions, we'd love to talk with you.

What You'll Do

• Develop and strengthen relationships with residential builders, contractors, developers, remodelers, and designers.

• Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and follow-up on qualified leads.

• Meet with clients to understand project needs and recommend cabinet solutions that fit their vision and budget.

• Measure job sites, prepare accurate estimates, and present professional cabinet designs and proposals.

• Guide customers through cabinet styles, finishes, hardware, and customization options.

• Collaborate with our design, project management, and installation teams to ensure projects are completed successfully and customers receive an outstanding experience.

• Stay engaged with customers before, during, and after the sale to build lasting relationships and generate repeat business.

What We're Looking For

• Outside sales experience preferred, particularly in cabinetry, kitchens, baths, construction, building materials, or home improvement.

• Established relationships with builders, contractors, remodelers, or designers are a strong advantage.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Self-motivated with the ability to manage your schedule and sales pipeline independently.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

• Basic computer proficiency; experience with cabinet design software (20/20, ProKitchen, Cabinet Vision, etc.) is a plus.
