Pediatric Otolaryngology :

Our organization is in search of candidates who have completed a fellowship in Complex Pediatric Otolaryngology . This is an exceptional chance to become part of a well-established practice dedicated to addressing all facets of pediatric ENT conditions. We are particularly keen on applicants with a strong background in complex airway management. This full-time academic role is available at the Assistant, Associate, or Professor level and comes with a competitive compensation and benefits package that reflects the candidate's training, experience, and market conditions.

The Department of Otolaryngology/HNS at our health center is expanding and is looking for board-certified or board-eligible professionals to join a dynamic team that values work-life balance. Candidates should exhibit a commitment to outstanding patient care, education of medical students and residents, and research initiatives. Our facility serves as a tertiary care center and a Level 1 trauma center, being the sole academic institution in Northwest Louisiana and attracting patients from the tri-state area encompassing Louisiana, East Texas, and South Arkansas (Ark-La-Tex region). Opportunities for both clinical and translational research are available for those interested.

• 13 full-time faculty members
• 6 Advanced Practice Providers (APP)
• 15 residents and 2 fellows
• On-call duty is one week per quarter

Position Highlights:

• Our health sciences center includes the School of Medicine, School of Graduate Studies, and School of Allied Health Professions, along with a strong research component. At any given time, over 800 students are enrolled in various degree programs, and nearly 600 residents and fellows receive training annually.
• We are home to the only Level I Trauma center in the surrounding area and one of just two in the state.

• A collaborative and multidisciplinary team of physicians and nurses works together to create tailored care plans for each patient.
