Pediatric Occupational Therapist | 4 Day Work Week

Looking for a pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) role with better balance and a consistent clinic setting?

We're hiring a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join a well-established outpatient clinic in Shreveport. This is a full-time, in-person role with a 4-day work week, a pediatric-only caseload, and a collaborative team environment.

What you'll do

Evaluate and treat pediatric patients
Focus on ADLs, sensory integration, and development
Work with children with autism and developmental delays
Collaborating with families and care teams
Complete documentation and support COTAs

What we're looking for

Active LA Occupational Therapist (OT) license
2+ years of experience (pediatrics required)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
