Lead Preconstruction Manager

Job Description

Lead preconstruction efforts for large-scale commercial, healthcare, and industrial projects. Manage estimating for conceptual and hard bids. Also working within the concrete sector. Collaborate closely with project managers, field teams, and executives to align on project strategy. Support growth of the Indianapolis office through strategic project delivery. Maintain strong communication across internal teams and subcontractors. Utilize company systems and tools to manage estimating workflows. Foster a collaborative team environment focused on long-term development and quality execution. Represent company values of professionalism, transparency, and thoughtful project selection.

Brings deep experience in preconstruction and estimating across commercial, healthcare, concrete, and industrial sector. Proven ability to lead internal teams and collaborate with project managers, field staff, and executives. Comfortable using industry-standard tools and systems. Motivated to contribute to the growth of the Indianapolis office and take on long-term leadership responsibilities.
