Job Objective: Dal-Tile is looking for an experienced, bilingual Recruiter to join our Corporate Talent Acquisition team and lead recruiting efforts for our Manufacturing and Regional Distribution Center operations across North America.This is not a remote position and is based at our Dallas, Texas corporate office.

What You'll Do Full-Cycle Recruiting
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for manufacturing, distribution, and operations positions across multiple locations.
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract qualified talent in competitive labor markets.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill positions.
- Source active and passive candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, community partnerships, and social media.
- Conduct candidate screenings in both English and Spanish.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers, plant leadership, and HR Business Partners.
- Provide market insights and recruiting recommendations.
- Lead intake meetings and develop customized recruiting strategies.
- Coach hiring managers throughout the interview and selection process.
- Serve as the primary point of contact from application through offer.
- Ensure candidates receive timely communication and an exceptional hiring experience.
- Represent the Dal-Tile brand with professionalism and integrity.
- Maintain accurate candidate information within the Applicant Tracking System.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company hiring practices.
- Manage multiple requisitions while balancing changing business priorities.
- Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and hiring efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or equivalent experience.
- Three or more years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Experience recruiting for manufacturing, distribution, logistics, warehouse, or skilled trades preferred.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
- Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and business leaders.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and modern sourcing tools.
- Strong sourcing skills with the ability to find talent in competitive markets.
- Excellent relationship-building and influencing abilities.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Organized with exceptional follow-through.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities without sacrificing the candidate experience.
- Curious, adaptable, and always looking for better ways to recruit.
