Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to formulate effective, individualized treatment plans for clients.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic methodologies, delivering interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Employ a variety of therapeutic modalities tailored to client needs, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and other team members to ensure comprehensive client support.

• Maintain accurate clinical records, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, dependent on experience and caseload. In addition, we provide comprehensive health benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, to support your overall wellness.
