Key Responsibilities\n

• Conducting thorough intake evaluations to assess clients’ mental health needs, establishing rapport, and creating individualized treatment plans.

• Providing evidence-based individual therapy designed to address mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and difficulties with attention and executive functioning.

• Facilitating group therapy sessions, couples, or family therapy as needed, promoting holistic healing among family units and larger support networks.

• Maintaining accurate and timely medical documentation in adherence to state and federal regulations, ensuring compliance and quality of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients facing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, trauma responses, and executive functioning issues. Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in counseling or a related field, with a focus on behavioral health.

Compensation and Benefits\n
