Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor at Focus Counseling Support Services, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive patient intakes focusing on diagnostic and functional evaluations, followed by formulating individualized treatment recommendations.

• Implementing brief, focused interventions for patients seeking mental health services and providing ongoing support for their mental well-being.

• Collaborating with primary care providers to identify patients' mental health and psychosocial needs and determining appropriate referrals to specialty care when necessary.

• Monitoring patients' progress and evaluating treatment efficacy, initiating follow-up consultations to assess any necessary adjustments to their care plans.

• Creating relapse prevention strategies and assisting at-risk patients in maintaining stable functioning.
\n
• Documenting patient progress and treatment plans meticulously to ensure compliance with Agency and Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) guidelines.

• Providing educational resources and self-management skills to patients to empower them in their recovery process.
\n
• Consulting with clinic management and other team members regarding behavioral health services and contributing to program evaluation efforts.

• Adhering to the highest standards of ethical practice by following the Code of Ethical Conduct for Clinical Professionals.

• Carrying out additional tasks as assigned to support the operational and clinical functions of the clinic.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our compensation package is competitive, with an annual salary range of USD 87,000 – 105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer a sign-on bonus to eligible candidates.
