Scheduling Coordinator

JNBA Financial Advisors is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator who shares our firm’s values and is committed to delivering exceptional client service. This role is responsible for overseeing the firm’s calendar management processes, coordinating scheduling needs, and managing the scheduling technology tools used to serve clients and the broader team. As a JNBA ambassador, the Scheduling Coordinator communicates frequently with clients and outside professionals while managing client meeting scheduling and related activities. This team member is expected to have a strong understanding of the firm’s services, team member roles, and service standards to help ensure JNBA consistently delivers on its advice driven by advocacy® promise to every firm guest. The Scheduling Coordinator helps enhance and deepen client relationships through collaboration, timely communication, professionalism, confidentiality, and strong attention to detail. This includes keeping information accurate and current in the firm’s Client Relationship Management (CRM) system. In addition to managing client scheduling, this position also coordinates out-of-town client meetings and related travel logistics, manages event ticket distribution, and supports curated client appreciation initiatives, including golf outings and other loyalty events. The Scheduling Coordinator also prepares scheduling reports and serves as back-up for incoming calls and front desk coverage as needed.
