Overseeing the maintenance and development of revenue cycle systems, the full-time remote Revenue Cycle System Administrator will manage Help Desk tickets, develop controls for payer web portals, and ensure effective support for franchise partners across the network. Key responsibilities Assist with maintenance of revenue cycle-related functionality within CareTend and Waystar Manage RCM-related Help Desk tickets and oversee payer enrollments for ACH payments and electronic remit feeds Specify users and user access levels for Waystar, ensuring proper access management Required qualifications Associate degree preferred Previous experience in the home infusion industry required Experience with CareTend, CPR+, or equivalent systems Ability to work remotely and manage multiple tasks effectively Strong time management and organizational skills
