Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct brief individual therapy sessions with clients enrolled in the Functional Restoration Program (FRP), focusing on their unique needs and therapeutic goals.

• Develop comprehensive assessments and personalized treatment plans for an active caseload, regularly evaluating the clinical progress of each client.

• Integrate established best practices in pain psychology into therapeutic interventions and care strategies.

• Work with clients experiencing chronic pain and trauma, applying an integrated approach to therapy that addresses both physical and psychological aspects.

• Foster meaningful relationships with patients and their families, demonstrating exceptional interpersonal skills while maintaining professionalism.

• Exercise sound clinical judgment in sessions, ensuring that clients receive the highest standard of care and support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The therapist will primarily work with individuals experiencing a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational conflicts. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid licensed LMFT in California is required.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
