Project Manager facilitates the execution of project/program solution plan for clearly defined sub-projects or sub-programs. This role requires the coordination and delivery of multiple, simultaneous projects considered small to medium in complexity with financial impact between $100K to multimillion dollar projects. As a Project Manager, you will: Own project financials, including billing, cost tracking, and customer satisfaction Lead execution across all project phases to deliver on scope, schedule, and quality Manage multiple small to mid-sized projects simultaneously Develop and maintain project schedules; coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders Review plans, specifications, and documentation to define project scope and intent Lead and support project teams, including technicians and subcontractors Track project progress, resources, and key milestones; document impacts to scope and schedule Identify and manage change orders and project-specific billing activities Coordinate materials, commissioning activities, and project closeout documentation Ensure compliance with safety standards, including OSHA and company policies You will make an impact with these qualifications: Basic Qualifications: 3+ years of experience working with commercial Building Automation Systems (BAS) controls, including installation, programming, commissioning, or servicing in a commercial or industrial environment. 1+ years project coordination/management, engineering internship, military, or related work experience Knowledge and understanding of HVAC industry applications; ability to read and understand MEP drawings and specifications, and electrical, network, and control wiring diagrams Ability to learn industry-standard communication protocols such as Ethernet, Modbus, and BACnet Ability to work in a team environment providing dedicated support to our customers Experience with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project Verbal and written communication skills in English Must be 21 years of age and possess a valid driver's license with limited violations Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship High School Diploma or state-recognized GED Preferred Qualifications: Associates degree or bachelor degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field 5+ years of technical experience in the HVAC, commercial building automation controls or fire and life safety 3+ years preferred Knowledge of industry-standard communication protocols such as Ethernet, Modbus, and BACnet Project managers who have worked for mechanical contractor or electrical contractors or MEP trade Ready to create your own journey? The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
