The organization offers complete turnkey solutions for remodels and retrofits, including design, materials, labor, and administration of utility rebates to maximize cost savings. Role Description This is a full-time Project Manager role based in Greater Hartford. The Project Manager will oversee lighting and electrical projects from initiation through completion, including planning scope, timelines, and budgets for remodels and retrofits. Responsibilities include coordinating materials procurement, scheduling labor, and managing logistics to ensure timely delivery and installation. The role involves tracking project progress, resolving issues, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring compliance with client requirements and applicable regulations. The Project Manager will collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and clients, prepare status reports, and support the administration of utility rebates and other project documentation. Qualifications Project coordination and oversight skills, including Project Management experience. Expediting and Expeditor capabilities to manage orders, schedules, and timely delivery of materials. Logistics Management skills to coordinate shipping, inventory, and on-site installation activities. Inspection skills to verify quality, safety, and compliance of lighting and electrical work. Experience in lighting, electrical distribution, construction, or facility management is beneficial. Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities. Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams and clients.
