Job Title: Event Support Associate

Employment Type: Part – Time – Flexible / On-Call Opportunity

Location: Charlotte

Start Pay Rate: May vary by event – Paid every Friday.

Schedule: Varies – Based on Event Needs

Job Summary: Are you looking to earn extra money? We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to support various events in the Charlotte area. This role is perfect for those who want flexible, occasional work while gaining hands-on experience in event setup and operations. Duties may vary depending on the event and location.

Assist with loading and unloading trucks
Support event setup and breakdown (tables, chairs, equipment, etc.)
Perform general labor tasks as needed during events
Follow instructions from supervisors to ensure smooth event operations
Maintain a safe and organized work environment
Adapt to different tasks and responsibilities depending on event needs
Work as part of a team to meet deadlines and event timelines

Required Qualifications:

Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, standing, and moving for extended periods
Must be reliable and punctual
Ability to follow directions and work in a fast-paced environment
Flexible availability (including early mornings, evenings, or weekends)
Previous warehouse, general labor, or event experience is a plus, but not required
