Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to accurately understand clients’ mental health concerns, leading to the creation of effective and personalized treatment plans.

• Deliver individual therapy sessions utilizing established modalities like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, and adapting techniques tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

• Collaborate with clients to establish therapeutic goals, keeping track of their progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Provide teletherapy services to clients who prefer virtual sessions or face barriers to in-person visits, ensuring accessibility and support are prioritized.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 83,000 – 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and clinical credentials. In addition, a sign-on bonus is available to licensed therapists who join our practice.
