You’ll play an important role in pets’ lives by providing end-to-end care for our
precious patients. Your life-changing work will range from the hands-on care of
facilitating outpatient treatments and performing laboratory tests, to support
services including admitting and discharging patients.

Your Experience & Skills
• Client Service experience requird
• 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred
• An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred; or the equivalent combination of education,
training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and
abilities.

Trinity Animal Hospital is looking for a Veterinary Client Service Representative to join us as part of the Thrive Pet Healthcare community.

About The Hospital
Trinity Animal Hospital is a General Practice located in Holly Springs focusing on wellness and disease prevention, including biannual preventative exams, vaccinations, wellness blood work, dental care with ultrasonic scaling and digital dental radiography, nutritional advice, behavioral counseling, spaying and neutering, ultrasounds, orthopedic procedures, and other routine surgery services.

We are open Monday through Saturday, serving the Holly Springs, Apex, Raleigh and Fuquay-Varina areas.

You’re Willing And Able To:

• Be flexible in attitude and work habits.
• Genuinely enjoy working with animals AND people.

• Quickly learn how to pronounce, know the meaning of and spell commonly used veterinary terms.

• Perform basic computer skill

• Have had experience with basic office functions in a busy work environment

• Stay calm and efficient during medical crisis

• Willing to continuously teach and learn.

• Will attend bi-weekly CSR meetings and quarterly All-Staff meetings.

• Will have regular check-ins with Senior CSR to ensure proper training.

• Give and receive feedback respectfully.

• Physical Effort: Work requires lifting and carrying records and equipment weighing up to 25 lbs; requires sitting and standing for extended periods or time.

• Working conditions: May be exposed to unpleasant odors, noises and animal feces. May be exposed to bites, scratches and contagious diseases.

• Can provide compassionate care to patients and clients.

Compensation negotiable based on credentials and experience with a hourly pay
rate starting at $15 - $18/ hour. The actual rate offered will carefully consider a wide
range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
