Professional services firm in downtown Pittsburgh in search of a Sr Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team for a 6+ month contract. Searching for an individual with full cycle recruiting experience in a professional services environment, ATS knowledge, and excellent communication skills. This company offers competitive pay and schedule flexibility.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute recruiting strategies for salaried positions

- Manage all aspects of the recruiting life cycle including sourcing, candidate identification, offer negotiations, onboarding, etc.

- Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies

- Counsel management on recruiting related issues

Requirements:

- 3+ years of corporate recruiting experience

- ATS or HRIS experience

- Knowledge of employment law

- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
