The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a critical role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across various functions within the organization. We offer company events, activities, and opportunities to participate in charitable initiatives that benefit the communities where we are located.The right candidate will:Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and extending offersUtilize a variety of channels (job boards, social media, networking events, employee referrals) to source and attract a diverse pool of qualified candidatesCollaborate with the marketing team to develop and promote our employer brand, ensuring that we attract candidates who align with our company culture and valuesEnsure a positive and seamless experience for all candidates, from initial contact through onboardingBuild and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance throughout the hiring processStay up-to-date with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices to ensure our hiring strategies are competitive and effectiveEnsure all recruitment activities are in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policiesSpecial projects as assignedWhat you'll need:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience, requiredA minimum of three years is requiredAt least two to four years handling all phases of the recruitment and hiring process in a fast-paced environment is highly preferredProven experience recruiting for high-demand positions in a manufacturing workshop environment.
