HR Coordinator (Contract-to-Hire Opportunity)
Pay rate starting from $22/hr. DOE
Onsite 100% - Monday to Friday.
Typical hours - 7:00 AM-4:00 PM or 7:30 AM-4:00 PM
We are seeking a highly organized HR Coordinator to support our Human Resources team during a maternity leave coverage. This is a full-time, on-site position with the potential for permanent hire based on performance and business needs.
Responsibilities

Coordinate recruiting activities, interview scheduling, and candidate communications
Support onboarding, new hire paperwork, and pre-employment processes
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Assist with HR reporting, compliance, and employee lifecycle administration
Enter and update information within HR systems
Manage employee data and reporting using Excel
Provide administrative support to the HR team
Qualifications

Previous experience in Human Resources, Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, or HR Administration
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including sorting and filtering data
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with HRIS or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Recruiting and onboarding experience
Strong aptitude for learning new systems and technology
Recent HR graduates with relevant internship or professional experience are encouraged to apply
Pay Details: $22.00 to $24.00 per hour
