Deputy Program Manager

XLA is looking for a Deputy Program Manager to support a federal agency in Arlington, VA. This position is onsite position Monday-Friday. Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 Responsibilities: Assist the Program Manager to effectively and efficiently plan, organize, and manage all employees Provide day-to-day administrative direction and assign staff personnel to appropriate shifts or functions Monitor staff workload per labor category to ensure contract compliance Establish or improve procedures and controls Coordinate day-to-day project activities and client contact Assist the Program Manager with day-to-day matters, including providing the COR with status reports Handle disciplinary matters and sign papers/documents on behalf of the Contractor Assist with conducting staff meetings and maintain time and attendance records EEO Statement XLA is committed to the full inclusion of all qualified individuals and is an equal opportunity employer committed to supporting equality and integrity in the workplace, professional development and education, and an entrepreneurial atmosphere.
