$14 - $15 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests with a warm smile and ensure they feel valued from the moment they arrive.
• Efficiently manage check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy and a seamless experience.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests, providing clear and helpful information.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve guest issues swiftly, maintaining a positive atmosphere.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, reflecting our commitment to excellence.
• Communicate effectively with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs.
• Monitor and manage room availability and reservations, optimizing occupancy rates and guest satisfaction levels.

Qualifications:

• Experience in hospitality or customer service roles, ensuring guests feel welcome and valued.
