Registered Nurse (RN) - Night Shift

This position requires working 3 × 12-hour shifts per week, from 19:00 to 07:30.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse (RN) will assess, implement, and evaluate care needed by assigned patients under the direction of a licensed physician. The RN will utilize knowledge of nursing principles, theories, current methods, and techniques to collaborate with patients, their families, and the healthcare team to individualize patient care.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Implement nursing actions and evaluate their effectiveness.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare team members to provide optimal patient care.
• Direct nursing support staff in delivering patient care according to established standards.
• Adhere to departmental policies and procedures regarding patient care and nursing practice.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (required).
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
• 1 year of experience in the area of clinical specialty preferred.
• Valid Pennsylvania Registered Nurse License (required).
• Basic Life Support certification (required).
• Multi-State Compact RN License (required).
