Bilingual Talent Acquisition Coordinator

You’ll be the face and engine of our branch! Your day will be a fast-paced mix of digital talent acquisition and hands-on office support. You’ll be busy connecting great people with open jobs, handling daily computer and administrative workflows, greeting walk-ins with a smile, and making sure every candidate's onboarding is a total breeze.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Matching Talent to Opportunities: Actively manage open job orders, reach out to potential candidates who are a great fit, and get them enthusiastic about starting their new roles.

• Assisting Walk-Ins: Warmly welcome and assist walk-in applicants, guiding them through the initial application steps and answering inquiries about open positions.

• Administrative & Computer Work: Manage daily office paperwork, data entry, and file maintenance with high attention to detail. Utilize email, spreadsheet software, and internal systems to keep office operations organized.

• Ensuring Smooth Starts: Expertly guide new hires through the onboarding process—from background checks to site orientations—making their first day a major success.

• Building a strong Talent Pool: Proactively seek out and engage potential talent through various channels to meet current and future hiring needs, keeping our talent pipeline robust.

• Keeping Things on Track: Monitor job fulfillment, address any start issues, and communicate important market feedback to the sales team to ensure we are consistently meeting client and talent needs.

• Leveraging Technology: Utilize our specialized app, ATS, and other digital tools to connect with talent, share job opportunities, and manage the onboarding journey efficiently.
