Job Description
Manager / direct care worker for local residents. This would include supervision compliance regulations, employees, employee scheduling, payroll, coordinating doctors appointments and activities, cooking, bathing and/or caring for residents. Background check, physical and TB test will be required for all employees. An understanding of AFC rules regarding employee certification, HCBS compliance, and experience with preparing for CMH site visits a must. Adult foster care manager experience is required.
