- Analyze current telecommunication systems and translate into modern solutions.
- Design and configure enterprise voice and video solutions for operational efficiency.
- Manage day-to-day operations of telecommunication systems for service quality.
- Lead incident management using various tools.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- 3-5 years of experience in enterprise voice and unified communications platform administration.
- Experience with SIP trunking, dial plans, and call routing.
- Proficiency in eliciting business requirements and implementing solutions.
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Strong communication and decision-making skills.
