Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Oregon Locations

Pay: $23–$25 per hour | Sign-on Bonuses Available!

Now Hiring In:

• Southern Oregon: Grants Pass, Central Point & Merlin (Weekend availability required)
• Potential Shifts
• Sun - Thurs 40 hour weekly flex, including days and evenings (40 hours) [Medford + Central Point]
• Sun - Mon, Thurs 12pm - 8pm, Tues & Wed 9am - 5pm (40 hours) [Merlin]
• Sun - Tues 1pm - 10:30pm (28.5 hours) [Merlin]
• Sat - Sun 7am - 9pm (28 hours) [Grants Pass]

What You’ll Do

• Support individuals with daily living activities such as meal preparation, personal hygiene, and household tasks.
• Encourage independence and self-advocacy in a respectful, person-centered way.
• Participate in community activities, recreational outings, and social events with the people you support.
• Collaborate with a caring team of professionals to deliver high-quality, individualized care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress, health, and activities.

What We’re Looking For

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: 12+ months in a group home or similar care setting preferred.
• Skills & Traits: Compassionate, patient, adaptable, and an excellent communicator.
• Certifications:
• Current CPR & First Aid (or ability to obtain prior to hire)
• Oregon Intervention System (OIS) certification (or ability to obtain prior to hire)
• DSP Tier 1 & Tier 2 Core Competencies (or willingness to complete training)
• Other Requirements:
• Valid driver’s license (minimum 6 months) and reliable transportation
• Clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
