Our healthcare partner in Clearlake, CA is seeking an experienced L&D RN to join their team for a travel assignment. This role offers the chance to work primarily night shifts, with occasional day shift coverage, allowing you to make a meaningful impact while enjoying the flexibility of travel nursing.

As a Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and comfort of both mother and baby during labor and delivery. Your expertise in labor and postpartum care, along with your skills in newborn stabilization, will be crucial to the success of this role.

• Provide comprehensive care to mothers and newborns during labor and delivery
• Monitor fetal heart rates and manage labor progression
• Assist with postpartum care and education for new parents
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
• Need 3 to 4 years experience in setting
• Strong labor experience and comfort with postpartum care required
• STABLE certification and newborn stabilization skills strongly recommended
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Fetal Heart Monitoring skills strongly preferred
