Billing Clerk

Port City Nissan is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Billing Clerk to join our award-winning dealership in Portsmouth, NH. This is a full-time, on-site role supporting dealership billing, titling, and payoff processes. $22-$27 per hour (DOE) Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM-5:00 PM Responsibilities Bill vehicle deals accurately and in a timely manner Process and manage vehicle titles Communicate with state agencies regarding title and registration matters Manage lien and payoff processing Maintain compliance with dealership and state requirements Ensure accuracy and organization of all billing and title documentation Qualifications Previous titling experience Automotive dealership experience preferred Dealertrack experience a plus MaximTrak experience a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Benefits Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance 401(k) with company match Short- and long-term disability coverage Paid training Advancement and career growth opportunities Sick leave About Port City Nissan Port City Nissan is a family-owned and operated dealership that has proudly served the New Hampshire seacoast since 1989.
