Store Manager

This position is for internal applicants only. As Store Manager, you oversee the day-to-day operations of the Lincoln, NE location, leading and developing a high-performing team while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Hire, train, coach, evaluate, and manage branch employees in Counter Sales, Warehouse, Rental, and Repair Technician roles
• Foster a customer-focused environment through strong product knowledge, service standards, and consistent customer engagement
• Ensure sales floor and warehouse are well-stocked, organized, clean, and operating efficiently
• Oversee shipping, receiving, inventory accuracy, and daily cycle counts
• Monitor performance, address issues, and actively recruit top talent
• Lead by example by performing all store functions as needed
• Maintain a safe work environment and promote daily employee engagement and development

Qualifications:

• Experience managing, mentoring and coaching a team of employees
• 3+ years of previous management experience is required
• Construction or industrial experience is preferred
• Strong communication skills and the ability to keep your team informed and connected
• Highly motivated
• Detail-oriented
• Ability to thrive in a team environment
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software
