Our pest control technicians enjoy great pay with benefits for full-time employees, including: Company Vehicle Paid Weekly Get your license - get a raise Sales opportunities to make some extra cash New uniforms and equipment Health insurance after 90 days Holiday Paid Time Off (6 days) Job schedule is Monday - Friday. 9am-5pm (most technicians finish the job before 5pm) Job Responsibilities Pass on-going training, provided by Omega Pest Solution Be able to lift 40 lbs. regularly Provide EXCELLENT customer service Conducting thorough interior and exterior inspections to locate pest Spraying perimeter of homes and structures for termites, ants, cockroaches and other insects Setting traps for rodents Safely and efficiently removing wasp, hornet and bee nest Covering holes and cracks with foam, mesh and wood to hinder rodent and insect entry Recommending additional products and services for effective pest control Be a team player to assist other technicians who fall behind to catch up Job Type and Pay Full Time and Part Time positions available $100 per day for training. Once you become a license technician within 30 days of hire, the pay increases to $175 per day.
