We are seeking a seasoned IT Project Manager with deep Workday expertise to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of key Workday-related initiatives across the enterprise. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing full lifecycle Workday implementations and enhancements, strong stakeholder communication skills, and the ability to bridge functional and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage Workday projects across HCM, Finance, Payroll, or other modules, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation models.
• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and third-party vendors.
• Identify project risks and issues, and drive resolution strategies proactively.
• Monitor and report on project status, milestones, and deliverables to senior leadership.
• Coordinate UAT, training, and post-deployment support in collaboration with functional leads.
• Ensure data integrity and security compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 5-7+ years of IT Project Management experience, with at least 3-5 years leading Workday projects.
• Hands-on experience managing Workday HCM, Financials, Payroll, or Integrations projects.
• Strong understanding of Workday architecture, configurations, and data workflows.
• Proven success leading end-to-end Workday implementations or major enhancement initiatives.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, JIRA).
• PMP, CSM, or Workday certification(s) strongly preferred.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and change management skills.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in cross-functional enterprise environments (e.g., HRIS, Finance, IT).
• Exposure to Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Ability to manage third-party vendors and consultants.
• Background in data migration, testing, or integration of Workday with other systems (e.g., SAP, ADP, ServiceNow).
