AP/CP Pathologist Needed

Salary: $350,000 - 450,000 per year Requirements:

• Board-certified or board-eligible AP/CP Pathologist
• Experience handling a balanced combination of anatomic and clinical pathology cases
• Interest in surgical pathology, cytopathology, and frozen sections
• Ability to participate in tumor boards and multidisciplinary collaboration
• Willingness to work a Monday through Friday schedule with light call coverage
• Open to subspecialty focus in breast pathology, if desired
• Comfort working in a shared practice model with productivity-based case distribution

• Manage a varied caseload of anatomic and clinical pathology work
• Interpret surgical pathology, cytopathology, and frozen section cases
• Handle an average of 20 to 25 cases per day
• Participate in tumor boards and consult with multiple specialties across the network
• Work collaboratively with three experienced pathologists and support staff in a shared practice setting
• Provide light call coverage, including approximately one week per month
• Contribute to ongoing digital pathology implementation
• Support case level-loading within a group productivity model
