We’re looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive growth across Florida and the Southeast for a leading provider of high-end metal fabricating and capital manufacturing equipment. This is a true territory ownership role—hunt for new business, grow existing relationships, revive dormant accounts and work directly with business owners and decision-makers to solve real manufacturing challenges. Why Join? $100K–$120K base salary with uncapped commission and up to $220K OTE Established territory with active and dormant accounts ready to develop Sell both quick-turn equipment and larger, complex capital machinery solutions Significant autonomy with strong technical and leadership support behind you Monthly vehicle allowance Remote home base with regional customer travel Represent premium equipment and technology within the metal fabrication industry What You’ll Do Own and grow the Southeast territory with a heavy focus on Florida Prospect, open new accounts and convert competitive business Develop relationships with manufacturers, contractors, plant leaders and business owners Conduct product demonstrations and recommend equipment based on customer applications Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and quoting through negotiation, close and follow-up Sell capital equipment and automated systems Manage pipeline, forecasting and customer activity through CRM Travel throughout the territory What We’re Looking For 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience Strong mechanical and/or electrical aptitude Proven ability to hunt, develop a territory and close high-value deals Comfortable selling directly to owners, executives and operational decision‑makers Willingness to travel 40-70%, primarily regional travel within Florida. Not all overnight.
