The Chief Medical Officer (CMO) leads clinical strategy, provider oversight, and quality improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and HRSA regulations. They play a critical role in advancing clinical excellence, improving patient outcomes, and aligning care delivery with organizational goals in a complex healthcare environment. $275,000 - $300,000 based on experience.
