Research Account Manager - Cleveland

Waters seeks a Research Account Manager for Cleveland to lead territory growth in the Biosciences division. The role combines strategic business development, complex account management, and solution-based selling across analytical instruments, consumables, and software for regulated laboratory environments.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute data-driven territory strategy to drive sustainable growth and revenue attainment
- Identify market opportunities, build robust sales pipelines, and win new business development
- Build multi-level customer relationships and develop account plans for expansion and retention
- Deliver consultative engagement positioning integrated solutions across instruments, consumables, and software
- Lead sales cycles from opportunity qualification through negotiation and close with precision
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Business, or related field
- 3-5+ years sales or commercial experience with revenue responsibility
- Proven ability to manage complex customer relationships and territory growth
- Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Life sciences, biotechnology, diagnostics, or healthcare industry experience preferred
- Experience with capital equipment or solution-based selling preferred
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and business analytics tools preferred
