What You’ll Do

• Process invoices and manage check runs with efficiency and accuracy
• Support monthly closings to keep financial records up to date
• Manage credit applications and AR cash posting
• Handle collections with professionalism and follow-up confidence
• Prepare expense schedules and provide expense analysis for auditors

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent required; a college degree in accounting preferred
• 2–3 years of hands-on bookkeeping or accounting experience
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable juggling multiple responsibilities with a positive, team-focused attitude
• Team player
• Must be proficient in Excel Microsoft
