Apply to join our dynamic and global team that is modernizing the manufacturing industry.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated accounting clerk to provide support to our finance team, with a focus on vendor management, expense reporting, and administrative finance functions. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a working knowledge of finance operations, and the ability to communicate effectively with both internal stakeholders and external vendors.Job ResponsibilitiesPrepare and process accounts payable transactions, including reviewing invoices, matching purchase orders, obtaining approvals, and ensuring timely vendor payments.Assist with accounts receivable activities, customer invoicing, payment application, collections support, and account reconciliations.Support month-end and year-end closing activities by preparing journal entries, reconciling general ledger accounts, maintaining financial records, and assisting with financial reporting.Review employee expense reports for compliance with company policies, process reimbursements, and maintain supporting documentation.Assist with account reconciliations, fixed asset tracking, accruals, prepaid expenses, and other general accounting functions.Communicate with internal departments, employees, and external vendors to resolve invoice, payment, and accounting-related questions.Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).Support audits by preparing schedules, gathering documentation, and responding to auditor requests.Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency.Perform other accounting and finance-related duties as assigned.Job RequirementsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.1–3 years of accounting experience preferred (internship experience considered).Knowledge of GAAP and general accounting principles.Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.Experience with ERP/accounting software (SAP preferred).Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Company BenefitsWe offer competitive pay based on experience.401(k)Health, Vision and Dental InsuranceLife Insurance and Short-Term DisabilityPaid Time-Off including vacation, sick time and HolidaysEmployee Referral ProgramOur success is driven by our team of talented, dedicated individuals working closely together to meet or exceed customer expectations.
