About The Role The role oversees healthcare operations, ensuring compliance with US healthcare regulations, HIPAA standards, and efficient revenue cycle management across digital health platforms. The position requires bridging clinical workflows with administrative technology, optimizing data governance, and maintaining rigorous operational standards to support patient care delivery. Key Responsibilities Manage daily healthcare administrative operations, ensuring strict adherence to HIPAA, OSHA, and state health regulations Optimize electronic health record (EHR) workflows and administrative tooling to reduce friction for clinical and non-clinical staff Coordinate revenue cycle management operations including medical billing, claims adjudication, and credentialing Analyze operational KPIs related to patient intake, throughput, and compliance to drive data-backed improvements Partner with legal and compliance teams to audit security protocols, data access policies, and healthcare vendor contracts Resolve complex patient and provider escalations regarding administrative policies and billing disputes What We Are Looking For 4-7 years of experience in US healthcare administration, health system operations, or medical practice management Deep working knowledge of HIPAA compliance, healthcare data governance, and health insurance standards (Medicare, Medicaid, commercial payers) Hands-on experience with major EHR systems (Epic, Cerner) and practice management software Strong analytical skills with proficiency in spreadsheet modeling and healthcare BI reporting tools Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field; MHA or CPC certification preferred Bonus: Experience scaling operations in a high-growth health-tech environment or digital health startup #J-18808-Ljbffr
